I kind of enjoyed this album. The beginning was really pretty good, then the middle was just kind of weird, then the end was good again. It sounded like, what I would think a typical early 70s album should sound like. A little psychedelic, little disco-ish, and a little drug inspired. Being twelve tracks on the album I assume each one of them is one of Dr. Sardonicus's dreams, but they didn't really play out any type of theme to the album, is that was Spirit's intention. Overall, not being a big fan of 70s style music, I was worth a listen but not an album that I would ever listen too again.
2/5 for being a little bit too weird.
