This album, to me, was like a soundtrack to a musical. A hippie musical, but a musical none the less. I could see someone taking these songs and writing a story around them and running it on Broadway, and it would actually be pretty good. I liked a lot of the songs, even though they were a little psychedelic. They were upbeat and pretty fun to listen to and I can see why this album would have been really popular back in the late 60s when it was released. 3/5
