There is value in some bands purely making quirky songs that are fun. The Violent Femmes, Dead Milkmen, Weird Al and others have made careers out of it. I would put Devo in this category. The have a gimmick to their style that they used to sell music. For those that are fans of Devo it works for them. Honestly I didn't think the album was very good."Jocko Homo"
