#362 Ramones - Ramones

Speaking of punk, the Ramones might be the most popular and perhaps the most influential American punk bands ever. It was definitely more tolerable to listen to. The music is a little more refined and you can understand the singer. Two good starting points for punk. I wouldn't say that I loved the album but I didn't hate it either.

As a side note all four of the members adopted the last name of Ramone, even though none of them were related. The band played their final concert in 1996 and by 2014 all four of the original members of the band had died. One from lymphoma, heroin overdose, prostate cancer and bile duct cancer, the oldest being 56 at the time of their death.
