About all I could find out about Fred Neil was that he was a 60/70's folk singer that never acheived much commercial success with his music. As a boy he got interested in Dolphins and in the early 70's he basically retired from music and moved to Florida where he tried to help preserve as many Dolphins as he could. He did this until his death in 2001."The Dolphins"
