I have listened to another band that is part of the "shoegazing" genre, My Bloody Valentine. The genre, if you don't remember, uses a lot of guitar distortion and obscuring of their voices to the point that the lyrics are almost indistinguishable. I haven't like My Bloody Valentine but this album was much more enjoyable. It wasn't great, but it was listenable. More mellow and less obscured."Vapor Trail"
