I was never on the Nirvana train. They did have some good songs, and most definitely were the pioneers of the Seattle grunge sound. Nobody was making the music they were making before they were making it. It is hard to imagine or guess what would have happened to the band if Kurt hadn't decided to take his own life. From the ashes of Nirvana was born the Foo Fighters however and it is one of my favorite hard rock bands."Heart-shaped Box"
