Wilco's second album, I didn't like it as much as Yankee Hotel Foxtrot. I feel like the band was still trying to figure out who they are what type of music they want to create. As a result the album sounds disjointed and all over the place. By the time they recorded "Yankee" it seems like they had got themselves figured out."Outta Mind (outta Sight)"
