Released in 1992 it is the band's debut album, with the title being how long it took them to get a record contract. Arrested Development is a hip hop band from Atlanta, who had some decent success with this album but then never really had any other succes with any of their follow up albums. The are pretty much the definition of a one-hit wonder. After listening to the album, but not having listened to any others, I think that this album is just marginally good, with really only one really good song on it, and I would bet that the album hasn't stood the test of time very well."Mr. Wendal"
